Photosynth was born of a collaboration between Microsoft and the University of Washington, based on the groundbreaking research of Noah Snavely (UW), Steve Seitz (UW),and Richard Szeliski (Microsoft Research).


A Collection Of Photos Is Taken And By Identifying Similarities Between The Given Images (Like sides,windows,doors,etc) The photos are virtually joined with each other. All The Photos viewed together results in a good VIRTUAL TOUR or SYNTH.

Requirements For Photosynth :

1. The PC must be hving Windows Vista Or Windows XP(SP2 or SP3).
2. The Photosynth depends upon the graphics of ur PC so U must have Graphic Card.
3. U need IE7,Mozilla 2 or 3. It doesn't work on IE8 Beta....I tested it.
4. Download an installation from the site and install it.

U will find PHOTOSYNTH TOUR of many places like

U can create ur own SYNTH .....................

U just need to register on the site ..... & need a Live ID to create the SYNTH .............

After U get registered, click on CREATE NEW SYNTH ..........

It will open up a new window of Photosynth 2.0.1403.6 on ur PC.

Just Add number of photos there ............ The software will automatically judge ur photos,fix them, match them and then upload them and U will be able to view ur SYNTH ............
